Spring is a season of change. The temperatures become warmer, trees start blooming, insects and crawling, birds start chirping - and humans start sneezing, wheezing, coughing and crying.
Well jokes apart, but spring does bring out big changes not just in nature but even in human bodies. And this is primarily because it is responding to the changes happening around in in the environment.
This sometimes leads to our bodies over-reacting to environmental stimuli like pollen.
